Tanglewood Beverage Company

Tanglewood is our sister company that started out of Either/Or. A few months after we opened in 2013, we decided to make our own chai since we were unable to find something we were really excited about. After some experimentation, we came up with the ginger heavy recipe that you can find our menu today. Each batch was made one gallon at a time in our original 300sq ft cafe in Sellwood. Shortly after that, it started gaining momentum and we were approached other local cafes like Heart and Cathedral Coffee. From there our wholesale business was born and in 2014 we started branding our products under the name Tanglewood Beverage Company. We now have four tea concentrates in addition to our flagship Ginger Spiced Chai, Lavender Fog being the most popular.
